    Teacher may I know when according to hook’s law.Some of the graph drawn out doesn’t start from the 0 .May I know the factor that influence this situation?

    Hi there, sorry for taking quite a while to reply you on this. For hook’s law graph, it depends what graph are you plotting. If the graph plotting Force against displacement, the graph will start from x=0 and y=0.

    Cause based on Hook’s law, force, F is directly proportional to displacement,x. The slope is the spring constant,k. F=kx

    May I know what are the axis of the graph that you saw?
